EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AT NCSC

NCSC is seeking a part-time Job Developer for the Virginia office.  DEADLINE: JULY 31, 2005

Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach and provide job counseling and placement services to 45 refugees and immigrants in Fairfax Count

Conduct weekly job clubs

Network and coordinate with service agencies and businesses to identify employment and job training opportunities for clients

Conduct regular follow-up with clients and employers to track job placement, retention, and salaries

 Prepare monthly reports on employment services

Conduct outreach to the community and recruit clients for employment services

Assist Immigration Counselor with immigration services, as needed, including counseling, form completion, taking photographs, and compiling appropriate support documentation 

Qualifications:

Experience working with refugees and immigrants
