retain employment in order to support themselves and their families.

Fairfax County Employment Program
|
|
NCSC assists immigrants and refugees in Fairfax County, Virginia
by building their job skills and helping them obtain employment in a variety of sectors.
|

Newcomer Employment Program |
|
NCSC's DC office helps refugees and immigrants
residing in the DC metropolitan area find stable jobs. Services include:

weekly job clubs to build job skills

one-on-one job counseling

placement services, including accompaniment to interviews

Road to Self-sufficiency
|
In cooperation with Lutheran Social Services, NCSC provides refugees
residing in Fairfax County with the following services:

•Job Counseling and Placement
•Skills Training
•English as a Second Language Classes
•Emergency Services

Virginia Senior Employment Program
|
|
NCSC helps senior immigrants and refugees in Fairfax and Arlington
counties, Virginia upgrade their vocational skills through on-the-job training, and to transition into
permanent jobs.
